Amazing service at Brighton Specsavers. I had sand in my eye. Specsavers managed to see me in within 10 minutes. The sand was removed without any discomfort and I was on my way, free of charge! The optometrist was very caring and gentle. A+ service. I highly recommend them.

First timer at Specsavers Brighton this week, after many many prescriptions and frames from other places. Super impressed with the knowledge, care and helpfulness of the friendly staff at Brighton SpecSavers, particularly Eliza and Cameron. It was my wife's first prescription and she was really impressed with the level of expertise, and the explanations provided in relation to choice of lenses and what options would be perfect for her. Nothing was too much trouble, and we are very happy with our prescriptions and the fit and style of the frames; and, all four pair ready in nine days and at a brilliant price-point! Great service, and we were made to feel so comfortable in what would seem to be a very happy workplace. Well done - many thanks.

I needed a certificate for Safe Transport Victoria pretty urgently. They were very helpful to fit me in. My existing vision was still good with very minimum change in vision with my existing glasses. While it would be good to change No pressure from sales to sell me a pair of glasses. All staff were so friendly and professional. Optometrist was very through. Will go back.

But never been to Specsavers before and I was absolutely blown away given I have been using local optometrists and spending three times the money on the same thing. It wasn't just the value for money though. It was also the quality of service. The team at the Brighton Specsavers store a lovely.

Saw Meriam today as a follow up appointment after my father was fitted with new hearing aids. Meriam made the whole process so easy across our 3 visits and I can’t praise her enough for the care and service she provided

The team at the Brighton spec savers were amazing, the optometrist was very helpful and so were the supporting staffs. Especislly Ade who helped me choose out my glasses through my indecisiveness and even went the extra step to straighten out my current glasses. Overall really happy with the service provided
